I paint the places where I would like to be - where my heart lives. Especially those natural, wild places where there is little evidence of civilization. I also render the birds and animals who live there. Each one is beautiful and uniquely designed to thrive in its habitat.
I work mainly in oils, acrylic, and watercolor. Before turning to fine art painting, I worked for many years as a graphic designer and illustrator. I presently live in Point Richmond with my husband, one dog, and one cat.
